All information of People, Files(Documents and Images), Unit location, and Books that identifies a person are all encrypted and can only be accessed by the organization’s assigned administrator(s).
Homeowner’s email address are only to be used on the following:
- System email notification
- Organization’s administrator email notification
- Homeowner’s access to the application
Administrator’s email address are only to be used on the following:
- System email notification
- System status and updates
- Application access
Homeowner’s mobile number:
- Organization’s administrator SMS notification and communication
Organization’s registration details (Name, Address, Telephone, Mobile, Email, & Map location)
- Status update and communication of the application
- Plotting on system built Google map location of the organization

- To make it up to date
- To delete personal information
